General Return Conditions
Returns will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:
1. Items must be unused, in original condition, including packaging and tags.
2. Notify us of your return request within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Returned items must be received by us within 20 days of delivery.
4. Customer covers return shipping costs and assumes responsibility for safe return. We recommend insuring the shipment.
Non-compliance will result in the item being sent back to you.
Refund Process
Email us first at ecovoxwifi00@gmail.com to initiate a return.
For faulty items, we cover return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.
